Treatment Cost to increase as of the 1st December 2022

The ACU's treatment cost rates for Self-Funded Treatment is due to increase as of the 1st December 2022. Patients who are self-funding their treatment are still able to pay on the current cost rates until the 30th November 2022.
From the 1st December 2022 patients undergoing Self-Funded Treatment from this date will need to be charged as per the new rates.
Self funded treatment is not the same as paying for private care. The staff, facilities and standard of care are the same as those receiving treatment funded by the NHS and no one profits from patients funding their own treatment.
