FNUK - More Mindfulness Course

We have an evening Mindfulness course starting at the end of April.

Wednesday 28th April - Wednesday 2nd June 6.30pm -7.30pm with an orientation/registration on Wednesday 21st April (6.30 - 7.00pm) for WEMWEBS survey
 

Please note that:

Spaces are allocated on a 'first-come first-served' basis;
As this is a 6-week course, participants are expected to commit to attending each week.
Please can you let your patients know. I have also attached a poster for the event (Photo and PDF) as well as some further information. I will also be adding this event on our Facebook Page if you would like to share from there.

The Mindfulness course which is starting on Monday, filled up very quickly! We will look at providing a further event latter in the year.
